Expanding Community
The city has been expanding rapidly and current estimates put its population at 21,000 by the year 2010. In order to keep up with the explosive growth, many new middle- and high-income real estate housing developments are in progress, from charming condos, villas and townhouses to luxury homes.
Winter Garden will house a brand new Americana-themed 38,000-acre master-planned development called "Horizons West", which will be filled with traditional neighborhoods, schools, recreation facilities, shopping, entertainment, and quick & easy access to the area theme parks and highways.
